How quickly will I get a response?
Smart Coach responds instantly. Pro support requests are answered within 24 hours. Premium requests within 4 hours on business days.
My eSIM is not activating — what do I do?
Open Smart Coach in the app and describe the issue. It will walk you through carrier settings, APN configuration, and device-specific steps. If that does not resolve it, tap "Still stuck? Chat with Luna" to continue with our AI support — Luna handles most issues directly and will connect you with our team if the situation genuinely calls for it.
Can I change my plan after purchase?
Plans cannot be changed after purchase as the eSIM provisioning begins immediately. You may qualify for a refund if you used less than 10% of your data within 24 hours.
I lost my QR code — can I get it again?
Yes. Open the LTE.app and go to your eSIM Vault. Your QR code is stored there and can be displayed again. Note: some carriers restrict re-scanning; contact support if you have issues.
