Eligibility

You may request a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

Data used
Less than 10% of your plan's total data
Time since purchase
Within 24 hours of purchase
Plan status
Not yet fully activated or used

How to Request

Open the LTE.app and go to Account → Orders → select your plan → Request Refund. Alternatively, contact our support team. Eligible refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • More than 10% of data has been consumed
  • Request made more than 24 hours after purchase
  • Plan has expired
  • eSIM has been transferred or re-installed
