You may request a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
How to Request
Open the LTE.app and go to Account → Orders → select your plan → Request Refund. Alternatively, contact our support team. Eligible refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Eligible Cases
- More than 10% of data has been consumed
- Request made more than 24 hours after purchase
- Plan has expired
- eSIM has been transferred or re-installed
